In Action

I love to lead services in local congregations, serving as both rabbi and cantor. I have been fortunate to be able to provide pastoral care and musical programs to seniors which are not only uplifting for them, but for me too. It is so rewarding to see them go from tears to joyous singing. Teaching, writing and research are other strengths. My two theses addressed synagogue life during the pandemic and the changing face of Conservative Judaism.

I created Mitzvah Power Academy, a Jewish educational enterprise for young children ages 5-10. It is comprised of 4 books, a fun website at mitzvahpower.com and videos. I visit schools to do book readings and Jewish values programs.
